MORE ABOUT WORK - a companion to Chapter 5 of Snafu

​​In Chapter 5 of Snafu, I examined the prediction that John Maynard Keynes made in his 1930 essay, "Economic Possibilities for our Grandchildren." He thought that, by 2030, we would have to work only fifteen hours a week in order to afford "the good life."1  In this article, I take a closer look at work. And, I examine why it would be a good thing if Keynes were to be proved right. And, there's still time!
